Also Survived by many nieces and nephews.

Adoring and beloved grandfather of Alexander, Adam and Michael. Fond father-in-law of Ellen Remstein and John Smee. Dear brother of Merril, Rolph and Brian. „He was larger than life, remains much loved and will be sorely missed by his family, friends and patients.”

Died Feb. 2, 2006, aged 80; survived by his wife, Colleen Sadler, children Sonya (James) Watson, John (Cynthia) Pohran, Alenandra (Russell) Dawkins, Margaret, Christopher (Abbey) Pohran and Donna. Dear grandfather of Kevin, Andrew, Gene, Kathryn, Nigel, Nadya, Jason, Klim, Simon, Alannah and Kelly. Brother of Nadya (the late Theodore) McCart. „He held the chief of staff position with Greater Niagara General Hospital from 1973 to 1988 and was a coroner in the Niagara region for many years. He was a member of council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons from 1980 to 1988, and received an honorary life membership with the Ontario Medical Association and the Canadian Medical Association.”
