Zusammenfassung

Durch Verabreichung von Dexamethason und hohen Dosen Vitamin A bei graviden Wistar-Albinoratten wurden im Embryo experimentell Gaumenspalten erzeugt, nicht aber mit Cortisonazetat. Dexamethason und Vitamin-A-Hypervitaminose ergaben gleiche histologische Bilder.
