Neoplasia in the etiology of sarcoidosis

Eur J Intern Med. 2006 Mar;17(2):81-7. doi: 10.1016/j.ejim.2005.09.023.

Abstract

This paper reviews the evidence that malignant neoplasms may incite a systemic granulomatous response virtually indistinguishable from sarcoidosis, and that this response favorably influences the course in some instances.
