RE: Moving surgical care out of hospitals to reduce wait times.

I totally agree it is a gross oversite not to even consider elective surgery out of acute care hospitals. In some areas, certain procedures, there would definitely be time efficiencies and cost savings. Of course there is the initial capital costs ....
