Appendix 1: Supplementary video (no sound)
In this video of a transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) in a 72-year-old woman, a large, pedunculated, calcified myxoma with vegetation can be observed (part 1). The myxoma filled the right atrium (RA) and prolapsed into the tricuspid valve orifice during diastole. It attached to the atrial septum, adjacent to the fossa ovalis (part 2). Note: LA = left atrium.
