Am J Emerg Med. 1996 Jan;14(1):57-8. doi: 10.1016/S0735-6757(96)90017-0.

Abstract

The nose is perhaps the most common site for the insertion of foreign bodies by children. Removal is essential. We report the successful use of the oral Ambu-bag insufflation technique to remove unilateral nasal foreign bodies in three children. Conscious sedation was not required. There were no complications.
