AB  - Although there are sceptics and critics, the Cochrane Collaboration continues to grow exponentially. With centres in nine countries, its common goal is to create, maintain and disseminate systematic reviews of randomized controlled trials in an effort to bring clinicians the most current, accurate evidence about medical treatments available around the world. The future of the collaboration will depend largely on whether the methodology of their reviews can be shown to be valid and to produce consistently relevant and timely reviews.
